U-Pull-&-Pay is a self-service used auto parts chain originally founded in 2006 as a subsidiary of The David J. Joseph Company (DJJ), a scrap metal recycling leader with roots dating back to 1885. DJJ is itself a subsidiary of Nucor Corporation, a Fortune 200 company. In 2022, Pull-A-Part acquired U-Pull-&-Pay in the largest acquisition in Pull-A-Part's history, combining the two brands to operate 36 locations across 16 states nationwide. U-Pull-&-Pay yards feature organized vehicle layouts sorted by section and row, with yard maps available to help customers find parts quickly. The company also buys junk cars and offers used cars for sale.
